Take the train to Parkside Ave, then catch the B12 bus on the corner of Parkside and Ocean Aves, going towards Brownsville. The bus will travel along Clarkson Ave, turn left on Albany Ave, and then right on East New York Ave. Get off at the first stop after this turn. The ride should take about 20 minutes.

Or: Take the train to Kingston Ave. You will emerge in front of 770, where the chupah will be held. After the chupah, a bus will be provided to Razag. At other times, it's about a 15-minute walk.
